Michael O’Mara Books wins the Lambeth Made Charter Mark Award for Best Apprenticeship Employer

Michael O’Mara Books partnered with LDN Apprenticeships in 2020 to recruit three junior employees keen to start their career in publishing. All apprentices started their new role remotely and have been exceptional at overcoming the obstacles of the situation.
Nominated by Celia Kingston of LDN Apprenticeships, Michael O’Mara Books went on to win the award at the online ceremony on 2nd March. Partnered with Lambeth Council, the Lambeth Made Charter Mark award acknowledges outstanding employers and providers for their support and contributions to young people and communities in Lambeth.
